Photography services for real estate can vary widely in cost.  Face it, if you're selling a $200,000 property, some really good iPhone photos can probably serve the client well and get that property sold.  But the reality is, the higher priced a property, the better the advertising images need to be. And, if you have a showcase property where there are special features and attributes that are hard to capture, it's in your best interest to hire a professional real estate photographer.  For example, a professional is warranted if the home has walls of windows needing to be captured with a wide angle lens, or if there are multiple reflective wooden surfaces to deal with or if you have amazing vistas of sunset that only pro-level cameras can vibrantly capture in that amazing color you've seen on Pinterest.

We can talk with the home owner or real estate agent and determine the best way to capture your images. Some shoots may call for capturing features at sunrise or sunset, some might need a person demonstrating those key features of your kitchen, and others simply need capturing the property in the right light.
