·        In 2012, people spent more time in mobile apps than they did on the Internet.

·        In 2012, the average number of apps installed per phone was 41, an increase of 28% over 2011.
Small businesses should have a mobile app, particularly if they are service providers. Apps build brand loyalty,  give customers accessibility to contact information and social media networks, provide “deals” or app user exclusivity (“Only people who have the app get this deal!”), and keeps your business at the forefront of the consumer’s mind. Not to mention staying ahead of your competition!

Your small business’s reputation will be enhanced by this new technology and will demonstrate how innovative and consumer savvy you are. And shouldn’t your business be on a device that consumers carry with them everywhere, all the time?
