Client needs: Video Testimonials of actual patients speaking about their positive experiences, Photography for doctors and staff for Marketing/PR, Creation of polished physician referral presentation with enhanced graphics for business development

Miceli Productions provided: Three in-depth patient testimonials featuring satisfied customers filmed against in studio green screen.  Long and short cuts provided for web use; YouTube Channel account set-up and optimization for video content.  Several photography sessions both in studio and on location at Client’s office to capture staff, groups and doctors.  Photo retouching to alter personnel in actual photos to reflect staff changes.  Collaborating with Operations Manager, Web Designer and Business Development Manager to craft messaging of video and presentation and look of images.

Description:  Miceli Productions worked with Vein Centers’ staff to create video testimonials that were honest and conversational, letting potential patients hear first hand how treatments could affect their well-being.  We captured three patients at our Studio using green screen technology and adding branding and the desired graphical with post-production editing.  We then gave those videos life by sending them to the web designer for posting on Vein Centers’ newly redesigned website and crafting a YouTube Channel for them.  We secured their YouTube account credentials, posted all versions of the videos, and optimized tagging and video settings.  Much of the photography used in the web redesign is new from Miceli Productions as well.  We captured head shots for all the doctors and staff and photographed several groups for each of the Client’s locations.  Many of these images were also done using green screens to create a final look that was very “clean” and inviting.  Finally, Miceli Productions renovated an existing physician referral presentation with video and motion graphics, new images and backgrounds to give the business development team an enhanced visual tool when speaking to insider in the medical field.

Results: Vein Centers of Connecticut has launched their new website and continues to work with us on creating new content and ways to re-purpose their existing content for marketing and business development.
